Scripture of the Day

Some days our hearts feel heavy — full of worries we don’t even know how to explain. This verse invites us to stop carrying all of it alone. God doesn’t expect us to hold it all together. Instead, He gently says, “Hand it to Me. I care.”

The word “cast” means to throw — not politely place. God is strong enough to hold the weight of our worries and tender enough to care about every detail. Whether it’s stress, fear, or sadness, this is your permission to let go and lean in.

Say it out loud if you need to: God, I give this to You. That’s a holy release. That’s peace beginning.
